With a few snowflakes flying around. Here it is, the last day of February, and we're looking at temps of 13 degrees and snow. Will spring ever make an appearance?

Thawing Huron river
A view looking west from the Foster bridge over the Huron river in Ann Arbor. Temps above 40 today have opened a channel through the center of the river.
